Executive Vice President, Bob Pool, selected to join PFPNet’s International Competency Committee
Alfred Miller Contracting is proud to announce that our Executive Vice President, Bob Pool, has been selected to join PFPNet’s International Competency Committee. PFPNet, the Hydrocarbon Passive Fire Protection Network, is an independent, not-for-profit that advocates and educates the hydrocarbon industry on all PFP fireproofing standards and practices. Leading experts from all sides of the hydrocarbon industry are rigorously vetted to further PFPNet’s ongoing global efforts. This consortium of owners, engineering designers, installers, regulators, testing entities, and manufacturers work diligently to provide the highest-quality, safest future for all users of PFP fireproofing.
A notable authority as a senior executive in the hydrocarbon industry for decades, Pool’s work at Alfred Miller Contracting continues to set benchmarks, ensuring our fireproofing standards are state-of-the-art, while his innovative attitude has lead to a more effective and efficient application of fireproofing throughout our entire yard. His extensive experience in the fireproofing field will significantly assist in propelling PFPNet to complete its worldwide mission: serving the needs of the users of hydrocarbon fireproofing materials and systems.
